The stay of Dr. Diene Keita was also devoted to sessions with UNFPA partners and donors. Thus, a breakfast meeting was organized with the DRC Partners Coordination Group. This meeting was attended by the Resident Coordinator of the United Nations system in the DRC and about fifteen partners from donor countries, the United Nations and the European Union. During the meeting, there were rich exchanges on the country's development challenges and humanitarian interventions. More specifically, the points related to the General Census on Population and Housing. The promotion of sexual and reproductive health rights and choices were also discussed.

At the cocktail offered by the Norwegian Embassy in DRC, several partners answered the call to exchange with the Deputy Executive Director of UNFPA. Taking the floor, the Norwegian Ambassador, His Excellency Mr. Jon-Age Oyslebo praised the work of UNFPA in DRC before declaring that there is a convergence of views between the objectives of UNFPA and those of his country.

In addition, Dr. Diene Keita thanked the guests before praising the support UNFPA receives from its partners. For her, indeed, the success of UNFPA in its mission requires the strengthening of the partnership with development partners.
